Jennifer Lopez's Home On Sale For $40 Million (PHOTOS)

A Miami Beach mansion formerly owned by Jennifer Lopez is on sale. The singer sold it to entrepreneur Mark Gainor in 2005 for only $14 million, and now he's putting it on the market -- for $40 million. Entrepreneur indeed!

 

The 150-year-old mansion features original keystone columns, a gorgeous palm tree garden and a 6,000 gallon koi pond. It's also got a fireplace, a balcony, a fireplace, multiple swimming pools (including one heated, indoors) -- but who needs the pool when you're facing the beach?

It's hard to believe Lopez claims she's still "Jenny From the Block" when she's living like this. 

 

The mansion is become marketed as the "ultimate retreat bayfront treasure nestled among a forest of swaying palm trees."
