Even though NBA superstar Kobe Bryant and wife Vanessa Bryant reconciled and called-off a planned divorce earlier this year, the settlement they agreed to before patching things up still stand, apparently, as Mrs Bryant is selling a Newport Beach mansion -- one that was owned by the Los Angeles Lakers star but was handed over to the wifey after divorce settlements.

The Mediterranean-style house was built in 1999 and sits on a quarter of an acre in a gated community. Amenities include an office, an library, five fireplaces, multiple balconies, five bedrooms, a spa, and an outdoor barbecue center.

Mrs Bryant is selling the house for $3.75 million.

The Bryants have not been living in that mansion for a while though, as they have been calling another mansion, located two blocks away, home. Kobe Bryant seen earlier this year scouting property to build perhaps a fourth mansion, although it would be his first mansion again, since the other three technically belong to Vanessa.

Mrs Bryant made headlines recently with a humorus quote about only wanting to be with "a champion". Kobe Bryant hasn't won a champion in over two years, with his last title in 2010. If the Lakers falter this year despite adding Steve Nash and Dwight Howard, will Mrs Bryant have enough? After all, she is a gold digger--digging for that gold NBA championship ring, that is.
