Olivia Sprauer's Sexy Hometown: Bikini Model Teacher, Playboy Playmate Student; What's Happening In Stuart, Florida? [PHOTOS & REPORT]

Olivia Sprauer burst onto the scene with an interesting sort of fanfare, didn't she? If you don't know her name yet, let us catch you up.

Olivia Sprauer is a former Martin County High School English teacher from Florida who said she lost her job after the school's principal stumbled upon one of her very racy modeling photos.

Thus the moonlight job of a 26-year-old teacher tumbled into the harsh light of day. Sprauer, who models under the name of Victoria James, told The Huffington Post she knew she was taking a risk when she started posing for bikini photos back in February, but decided to take the plunge anyway.

"Lots of teachers get fired or asked to resign for the same things I did," Sprauer told HuffPost. "I knew I didn't want to come back next year and I knew I wanted to go to grad school so I decided if I made it to the end of the year I would be happy."

But Sprauer knew she'd lost the gamble when she was called into principal Alfred Fabrizio's office on April 29, where he showed her one of her modeling photos and asked her if she was the one pictured. When she answered yes, she was asked to resign that day.

"I felt like it would have been nice for my students to finish out the year with me," said Sprauer, who taught freshmen and juniors. "They trusted me and they made me happy so that aspect of it was sad." She still plans on attending her students' graduation. "They are happy for me. They know I love them."

The Martin County School District would only confirm that Sprauer is no longer employed at the school.

Martin County High School is located in Stuart, Florida, an incorporated municipality in Martin County, Fla. with a population of 15,593.

Olivia Sprauer isn't the first bikini model out of Stuart to make a national splash. Playboy's October 2008 Playmate of the Month, Kelly Carrington, is also from Stuart, Florida -- and attended Martin County High School! She wouldn't have been Sprauer's student, though. Sprauer began teaching at Martin County High School in 2011, and besides, the two women are the same age.

So what is it about Stuart, Florida that makes young people grow up into glamor models? We have no idea, but perhaps you'd like to check it out yourself. Though Stuart's cost of living is higher than the United States average, Trulia tells us there are some tempting properties to be had in the area.

We found this incredible beachfront mansion on Dune Drive in Stuart, Florida. Much more glamorous than anything you might expect to find in a town of 15,000, this home -- known as Chateau de Sable -- was created by architect Barry Sugarman, who studded the place with astonishing features like French cathedral doors, a "disappearing salt water aquarium," and hand-carved fireplaces. Do people use fireplaces in Florida? Who cares?
